Two Cruiser Bikes From Honda

With summer in swing, so is the 2016 motorcycle season. Each passing year brings out more and more motorcycle enthusiasts; many are new to the bike life. The kind of ride you’re looking for should play a large part in the brand you select. For both new and experienced riders, Honda offers several cruiser bikes that can fit any budget!

Honda has a proven history of reliability, with more than just motorcycles. Their power trains win awards for dependability year after year, which means choosing this brand could save you a lot of cash in maintenance. Although Harley is the ‘trendy’ name in bikes, there might be a better option. After all, why pay for a name when you can get a great bike with the same size motor and more bells and whistles for less money? The Honda Shadow is a great bike which is very customizable, and at a cool $10k less than its Harley doppelganger; it’s a great choice for someone who wants to test the waters before blowing their mid-life crisis money on a hobby they won’t enjoy.

Another great Honda Cruiser, for those looking to spend a little more, is the Gold Wing. A top class cruiser, the Gold Wing offers luxury and comfort to its riders. It is also one of the largest cruisers available, so it might not be the best choice for someone of a smaller stature. Compared to the Harley Electra Glide Ultra Classic Low (what a mouth full!), the Honda comes in anywhere between $24k and $31k (depending on the options you choose), and the Road King is just a bit more starting at $25k for the base model.

Geared with the proper accessories for the bike, and of course safety accessories for the rider, either Honda could make you a rider envied by many! Regardless of your preference, or your wallet, Honda has a bike that can fit your needs!
