The results of MotoGP Qatar 2015 competition

After an amazing race full of skilled riders, the name of Valentino Rossi shined on the score table, being placed 1st. Movistar Yamaha’s rider managed to spectacularly win the opening round of the 2015 MotoGP World Championship in Qatar.

Of course, most of the people remember just the winner’s name but we can’t leave aside team Ducati’s Andrea Dovizioso and his teammate Andrea Iannone who finished 2nd and 3rd. All of the competitors struggled hard to reach a higher position but not all of them succeeded as planned. Through the first four laps, the battle was between Dovi, Lorenzo, Iannone and Hernandez. Meanwhile, in the background, viewers got to see the terrible accident of Rossi who was on a tear and flying off the field.

It’s to be noticed the remarkable effort of Marquez, who made up significant ground after four laps. Unfortunately for him, his aggressive push up the ranks and the leaders stretched far ahead for Marquez to catch them. In the final laps, it was clear that Lorenzo couldn’t keep up with his rivals, dropping to fourth as Iannone gained the 3rd place on the final podium step.

His disappointment fulfilled his declaration after the race “I couldn‘t see the corners very well and couldn‘t concentrate or ride like before and I was losing half a second or more per lap. In a race where, at minimum I could fight for the win, I finished fourth.”.

As you can imagine, it’s been a short and intense ride for our competitors, who managed to give a great show to the audience. We can only wait for the next successful event.
