Bayliss to race in 2015

Last week Australian Motorcycle News have been giving some rumors about Troy Bayliss and his permission to race AMA Grand National twins races, but now we can freely say it is official. Bayliss will compete in five Mile events on the 2015 Pro Flat Track schedule.

Troy will also join Lloyd Brothers Racing, along with his friend Johnny Lewis. British Superbike Champion and former World Superbike competitor have organized the Troy Bayliss Classic in Australia.

Bayliss said that flat track and dirt is where he cut his teeth when he was younger, and that everything he learned, precisely on that dirt, helped him through his career in road racing.

He is feeling a little bit nostalgic because he finds himself back where it all started, and it makes him feel young again.

He knows that Grand Nationals race will be one of his biggest challenges in career, but on the other hand he knows that he has to compete with Lloyd Brothers.

Michael Gentry, Chief Operating Officer of AMA Pro Racing had only good things to say about Troy.

He says that seeing Troy on American dirt is a mouth-watering prospect for USA race fans, and he knows how exciting it will be, adding that Troy is one of the motorcycle racing greats.

If you want to know, we will give you Troy Bayliss Race Schedule

1. May 24 - Springfield Mile

2. May 30 - Sacramento Mile

3. July 4 - Du Quoin Mile

4. July 11 - Indy Mile

5. September 6 - Springfield Mile
